Simulation Eel Shreds

Main ingredients: dried eggplant (simulated eel shreds), pork.

Wash the artificial eel shredded hair.

Dry it up and set aside.

Cut the pork into strips.

Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

Tips:
