Simulation Shiitake Bun

Combine flour, yeast, and white sugar into a dough with a suitable amount of warm water, and then ferment for about three hours until the volume becomes twice as large.

After the dough is fermented, divide it into small doses one by one

Then knead it into a ball and close the mouth

Cocoa powder afterwards

Then put the cocoa powder side up, put it in a steamer, and cover with shiitake mushrooms in SAIC for 20 minutes.

Then make the shiitake mushrooms (I actually forgot to take this step, this is someone else’s picture, haha), and make a small piece of it. You can also knead a whole piece of noodles into thin strips and cut them into pieces from the middle.

Put it on the pot and steam it for 15 minutes.

Then combine the shiitake cap and shiitake mushrooms together to make it perfect
