Sister Fang Braised Pork

Boil the whole meat in a pan and cut it into small pieces, then fry it in a wok to get a little oil.

Then pour the oil out of the frying and put it in a small bowl of clean water and cook for ten minutes, so that the meat will not be too hard to bite.

Boil the water until it is quick-drying. Pour out the sugar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir slowly over low heat.
