Siwu Soup

First wash the Chinese medicine a bit.

Add appropriate amount of water (I use 3 and a half bowls) and soak the Chinese medicine for half an hour.

Pour into a casserole, add half a bowl of rice wine and stew in the pot.

After the high heat is boiled, cover and cook until there is only a bowl of water left.

It's done.

Usage: Turn the residue and cook, drink it on an empty stomach in the morning and evening. It is best to take it hot in spring, autumn and winter. Any temperature is ok, but it is best not to cook the medicinal materials overnight.
Tips:
1 Be sure to add rice wine and stew, at least half a bowl, or even half wine and half water. If the wine is added only after the stew, the effect will vary greatly.
2It is best to use a ceramic saucepan.
