Siwu Soup

Hakka homemade rice wine

Chopped chicken over water
4.
Pour the chicken nuggets/rice wine/water into the casserole

Bring to a boil without a lid
6.
Wash the Siwu soup bag and pour into a casserole, change the heat to low, cover and cook for 1.5-2 hours

Finished product
Tips:
The original recipe used rice wine, so rice wine was used instead if there was no one at home.
If you don’t like chicken, you can use spare ribs.
