Six Steps to Make A Simple Cold Dish---cold Tofu

Wash dried bean curd, green pepper, green onion and set aside.

Cut dried tofu into strips.
3.
Shred the green peppers and green onions and put them in the pot.
4.
Add light soy sauce, salt, and vinegar.
5.
Finally add sesame oil.
6.
Stir it well and it's OK.
7.
A simple cold dish, served on the plate. . . . .
Tips:
It's better to wash the dried tofu you bought, and it's more hygienic.
