Sixi Dumplings with Eggs

Chop the celery and ginger

Then put it in a bowl with minced meat, mustard greens, light soy sauce, sugar, and cooking wine

Mix vigorously in one direction evenly

Take a piece of dumpling wrapper, spread it flat, and put the wrapper in the middle of the dumpling wrapper

Dip water all around and overlap the planes to form a four-cornered dumpling. Repeat the above steps until all the dumplings are wrapped.

Put the dumplings into the pot and arrange them in rows

Add appropriate amount of oil and water to the pot, cover and bake for three minutes

Sprinkle some carrots, green peppers and chopped green onions
9.
Pour the beaten eggs evenly in the pan
10.
Sprinkle with red pepper diced, sesame seeds, and chives. When the eggs are set, you can cook
Tips:
Note: Generally it is two spoons of oil with half a small bowl of water. This ratio is just right for the carrots, sesame seeds, and chives decorated above. If you don’t have them at home, you can leave them alone.
