Sixi Roasted Bran

Prepare materials.

Clean the peanuts, put the peanuts in the pot and cook for 10-15 minutes, remove them and set aside.

The roasted bran is soaked softly, and washed with water like a sponge while squeezing it. Clean and cut into small pieces.

Put water in a pot and add a spoon of salt, and cook the bran for 3 minutes.

Take out the roasted bran and put it in cold water, and squeeze the water out after cooling.

Soak fungus, shiitake mushrooms, day lily, tear the fungus into small flowers, cut the shiitake mushrooms, and cut the day lily into sections

Put oil in the pan and fry the bran until golden. Sheng out and spare.

Cut the green onion into sections, shred the ginger, and prepare an star anise.

Put a small amount of oil in a separate pot and sauté the chives, ginger, and star anise over low heat.

Add fungus, shiitake mushrooms, day lily, and cooked peanuts and stir fry.

Add the fried toasted bran and stir fry together, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, oyster sauce, appropriate amount of water, and simmer for 7 minutes. Add sesame oil before serving.
Tips:
1. The roasted bran is blanched in boiling water first, and then washed and squeezed with running water after it is picked up, which can effectively remove the beany smell.
2. To simmer slowly, the roasted bran can be delicious.
