Sixi Roasted Bran

Prepare cashew nuts, roast bran, soak dried shiitake mushrooms and black fungus

Prepare star anise, shallots, garlic slices and rock sugar

Washed shiitake mushrooms sliced, roasted bran cut into pieces

Cover the roasted bran in a pan under cold water and boil it for about 4 minutes. Scoop it up and rinse with water and squeeze to wash away all the sourness inside.

Saute the cashews in a cold oil pan and scoop them up

Then saute the star anise and garlic slices

Pour in black fungus, shiitake mushrooms and roasted bran and stir-fry evenly

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir fry evenly

Pour in boiling water and add rock sugar

Cover high heat and boil, turn to low heat and cook until delicious

Then turn on the high heat to collect the juice, add the chicken essence and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the pan, sprinkle with cashew nut and green onion leaves and serve
Tips:
1. Baked bran is a flour product, so all the sourness inside must be washed before cooking;
2. The ingredients inside can be changed as you like.
