Sixi Roasted Bran

Dried shiitake mushrooms, golden needles, black fungus soak in cold water, add some sugar. Cut the roasted bran into cubes, boil in cold water for 5 minutes, pick up and drain, squeeze out the water, and dry.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms, black fungus, and golden needles, drain the water, knot the golden needles and set aside.

Pour oil in the pan, heat the oil into the roasted bran and fry until golden. Add shiitake mushrooms, black fungus, and golden needles in the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Put the dark soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon, rock sugar, and simmer in half a bowl of water.

When there is half of the soup in the pot, put the fried bran and stir-fry, let the bran evenly colored, and then turn off the heat to serve.
Tips:
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms and black fungus with some sugar to soak the hair better.
