As a northerner, I like to eat dumplings. The thin dough is wrapped in all kinds of fillings and eaten with garlic mash. It's really enjoyable. I especially like eating dumplings as a family. When the steaming dumplings are on the table, I feel warm and happy! I made a Sixi steamed dumpling this time. I saw a lot of friends making this steamed dumpling before. It feels so beautiful, so try it for yourself, but it seems a little handicapped, a little ugly, but it tastes good, haha .

Sixi Steamed Dumplings

1. Pour the flour into the basin, add an appropriate amount of water to form a dough, let it rest for a while

2. The proofed dough is kneaded again to become a smooth dough

3. Wash the carrots and cucumbers, chop them separately, and fry the eggs for later use

4. Peel the shrimps out and chop them, soak the black fungus and blanch them, chop them, and put them in a large bowl with cucumbers and carrots. Remember to set aside a portion for filling.

5. Add peanut oil and salt to taste, mix well

6. Cut the dough into small pieces, and feel that it becomes a round dough

7. Put in the right amount of filling

8. Pinch the surrounding dough to the middle

9. Use chopsticks to gently open the four small mouths, and put a little filling of various colors

10. Put Sixi steamed dumplings in a pot and steam them over high heat.
