[siye Xiaoguan] Tofu Meatballs

1. Tofu mashed with a spoon

2. Stir in egg white, starch and rice, stir well

3. Squeezed into small balls

4. Put heavy oil in the pot

5. When the oil temperature is 70% hot, put in the kneaded balls

6. Fried golden fish

7. Continue to heat the oil into boiling oil, pour in the meatballs and re-fry once to remove the filtered oil

8. Cut houttuynia cordata and coriander into small pieces
