Sizzling Shrimp with Garlic Fish Sauce

Buy the sea prawns from the market, (Jiwei prawns are also available, but the shells of the jiwei prawns will not be very red when fried, and the surface is not as good as the sea prawns), and wash them with clean water.

Put the shrimp in the pot, pour fish sauce, 2 taels of white wine, minced garlic, chopped black pepper, white pepper, salad oil, a small amount of salt and chicken essence. Mix the shrimp well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Heat in a flat-bottomed iron pan (a pan is also available) over high heat, pour in a small amount of salad oil until the oil fume rises, add the marinated shrimp, turn to medium-low heat and fry until golden red on both sides.

When frying the shrimp, turn over both sides, add oil while frying.

After frying the shrimps, place them on a plate, sprinkle with crushed black pepper, deep-fry garlic and drizzle with lemon juice. OK.

The garlic is rich, the shrimp meat is salty, sweet and fresh. Dip it in Thai sweet sauce and have an exotic flavor. Drink white wine with it, great!
