Sizzling Tofu

1. Tofu slices.

2. Heat the pan and drain the oil.

3. Put oyster sauce, salt and sugar in a bowl and mix well.

4. Fry tofu until golden on both sides.

5. Brush the sauce.

6. Use a fork to pierce the holes to make it easier to taste. Turn over and brush the sauce.

7. Put it on the plate, sprinkle chopped green onion, and sprinkle some spicy fresh to start!

Tips:

I don't like spicy food, you can leave out spicy fresh, cumin powder or salt and pepper are also delicious!
