Sizzling Tofu

A piece of soft tofu, soak in salt water for 15 minutes, remove and rinse.

Cut the tofu into large square pieces and fry them in an electric baking pan.

After frying on one side until golden brown, turn over and fry on the other side.

After frying on both sides, put it into the dish.

Heat a wok, add a little peanut oil, and stir-fry the hot peppers.

Add half a bowl of water, add thirteen incense, white pepper, chili oil, light soy sauce, and vinegar, stir well, boil for a while, turn off the heat, add green onion, coriander and stir evenly.
7.
Pour the fried broth onto the tofu cubes.
