I haven't eaten oden for a long time. I'm a bit greedy recently and want to eat anything. I bought some meatballs and planned to roast them for fear of getting angry. Later, I changed it to boiled, adding some greens and ham, and it became a simple version of Japanese oden~"

Skewers~~~japanese Oden

1. Prepare the ingredients: seafood meatballs and bamboo skewers

2. First rinse the meatballs with water and drain the water

3. Skewer with bamboo sticks

4. All string together and spare

5. Wash the lettuce, drain and set aside

6. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot to boil, add the meatballs and cook for 5 minutes

7. Add lettuce and sliced ham and blanch for one minute

8. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder, mix well and turn off the heat

9. Put it into a bowl, drip a little sesame oil and start it~

10. If you like spicy food, you can dip it in your favorite chili sauce and other sauces just like me.

11. It’s so enjoyable~

Tips:

Don’t cook the lettuce for too long, otherwise it won’t be refreshing
