Prepare the ingredients: seafood meatballs and bamboo skewers

First rinse the meatballs with water and drain the water

Skewer with bamboo sticks

All string together and spare

Wash the lettuce, drain and set aside

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot to boil, add the meatballs and cook for 5 minutes

Add lettuce and sliced ham and blanch for one minute

Tips:
