It must be a very happy thing to be able to enjoy such a warm hot pot when the weather is cold. I use pork ribs to make the soup base, which is delicious.

Chashu Mushroom Pork Ribs Hot Pot

1. Soak tea tree mushrooms in warm water

2. Put the ribs into the pot, boil, the pieces of foam

3. Add cooking wine

4. Then add tea tree mushroom

5. Add ginger slices and cook for 30 minutes

6. Sprinkle with goji berries

7. Add the right amount of salt

8. Wash the shiitake mushrooms and put cross flowers

9. Defrosting seafood meatballs

10. Cut the tofu skin

11. Wash spinach

12. Add all to the pot and boil

Tips:

Note: The soup base is very delicious, no need to add chicken essence
