Skillfully Boiled Eggs

After the eggs are washed, the amount of water used to put the eggs in the small pot.

Bring the water to a boil with a small fire and make a small fire throughout.
3.
After the water is boiled, boil it for another minute, turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes without removing it from the stove.

We sometimes add some soy sauce to the egg yolk when we eat eggs. It's very salty and fresh in one bite. Don't put soy sauce on it!

Tips:
I use royal eggs and green shell eggs, not very big ones! If you have a large egg, cook it for an extra minute, and it's as delicious as simmering it for five minutes!
