Skillfully Peeled Raw Chestnut
1.
Clean the raw chestnuts (chestnuts) and remove them for later use.
2.
Put water and a spoon of table salt in the pot and bring it to a boil.
3.
After the water is boiled, pour the chestnut in and turn off the heat. You don't need to start the heat to cook. Pour in as long as the hot water can pass the chestnut.
4.
Cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes, 5 minutes is enough to not simmer for a long time.
5.
Take a chestnut on the top of it, which is a bit pointy, cut a mouth with scissors, and then peel it along the edge of the knife.
6.
It's easy to peel off a chestnut, no fingernails at all, and it's super easy.

Tips:
1. The chestnut must be peeled while it is hot. If it is cold, the skin inside will stick to the chestnut kernels. My experience is to soak it in hot water and peel it. After peeling one, take one. You don’t need to take out all of them. peel.
2. If the water in the pot is cold, just heat it up, it won't be hot when peeling, don't worry!
