Skin Rejuvenation, Nourishing Yin and Lungs-tremella Papaya Soup
1.
Wash the papaya and peel it.
2.
Soak the white fungus in warm water, preferably for 2-3 hours, during which the water can be changed three times; the white fungus removes the soy and the unsoaked part to form small flowers.
3.
Cut the papaya in half and remove the seeds.
4.
Cut the papaya into small pieces, or use your creativity to make it into the shape you want.
5.
Put the white fungus, papaya and rock sugar together in the porcelain fort, add an appropriate amount of water to boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes before eating. I usually steam it in a pressure cooker over high heat for ten minutes before eating it out. Lazy, quick!
