Sliced Pork and Vegetable Stew Pot

Prepare celery, garlic sprouts, ginger onions, dried peppers, and star anise.

Cut the lotus root into thin slices and rinse with water. Cauliflower picks small flowers.

Slice the pork belly and blanch the prawns.

Put the casserole into the oil and heat.

Add pork belly and fry until the color changes.

Add dried peppers, ginger, green onions, star anise, prawns and stir fry until fragrant.

Add lotus root slices and cauliflower.

Add appropriate amount of braised soy sauce.
9.
Add a little boiled water, cover, and simmer for five or eight minutes.

After opening the lid, add garlic sprouts, celery, stir-fry with a little salt and simmer for a while.
Tips:
1. The casserole can be dry-cooked before cooking.
2. The wok is also made in the same way. The spiciness is added according to personal preference. We don’t eat spicy food much.
