Sliced Pork with Tea Tree Mushroom

Remove the roots of the tea tree mushroom, wash and cut into small sections for later use.

Shred the ginger, mince the garlic, cut the millet pepper into circles, and cut the chives into sections.

Cut the pork neck into thin slices.

Put the pork neck meat in the pot and stir it over medium heat until the oil is golden brown.
