Sliced Shrimp with Garlic

Main and auxiliary ingredients: green shrimp, garlic

Use scissors to cut off the shrimp claws and shrimp arrow (a hard thorn on the shrimp head)

Turn the back of the shrimp up, cut along the midline of the ridge, leave a section of the shrimp tail, remove the black shrimp line, and then place it in a herringbone shape.

Tips:
1. Cook garlic and raw garlic must be used in the garlic sauce;
2. Shrimp can be placed after the water is boiled
