Slobber Bullfrog

Ingredients: bullfrog (washed), minced garlic, chives, chili, sliced ginger

Add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce to a bowl of minced garlic and chives.

Add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.

Add half a spoon of oyster sauce.

Add 2 tablespoons of spicy oil.

Mix well and set aside.

Place the washed bullfrog on the chopping board and chop into pieces.

Drop into a pot of clear water.

Then, put ginger slices and 1 small plate of cooking wine

Turn it to boil and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Turn off the heat and get out of the pot.

Soak it in cold water.

Put it on the plate and add the juice. Serve.
