Slobber Bullfrog

1. Ingredients: bullfrog (washed), minced garlic, chives, chili, sliced ginger

2. Add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce to a bowl of minced garlic and chives.

3. Add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.

4. Add half a spoon of oyster sauce.

5. Add 2 tablespoons of spicy oil.

6. Mix well and set aside.

7. Place the washed bullfrog on the chopping board and chop into pieces.

8. Drop into a pot of clear water.

9. Then, put ginger slices and 1 small plate of cooking wine

10. Turn it to boil and cook for 5-6 minutes.

11. Turn off the heat and get out of the pot.

12. Soak it in cold water.

13. Put it on the plate and add the juice. Serve.
