Small Bread

All the ingredients are mixed in the bread machine. Select the standard bread function. The smooth dough waits to rise.

Dip your fingers in flour and poke a hole. If there is no rebound, the fermentation is complete.

Knead into a dough, knead by hand for 10 minutes.

Divide evenly into 8 portions. The separation distance is larger.

Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation. Place the bread pan on the middle layer, and place the pan on the bottom layer with water to increase humidity.

Spread a layer of egg liquid evenly.

Sprinkle a layer of white sesame seeds evenly and bake at 160°C for 20 minutes
