Small Bread

The liquid is first added to the bread bucket.

Add everything except the butter to the bread bucket, and start kneading for 20 minutes.

Add butter and start mixing for 20 minutes.

The dough is taken out and fermented in a preheated oven.

The fermented dough is taken out and exhausted.

Cut into small pieces and roll them up thinly.

Make it for the first time, put it in the oven where the biscuits have just been baked, and leave it to ferment. After the fermentation is complete, turn on the oven at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes.

The finished product, the internal organization is quite delicate and soft.
