Small Cake

The butter is softened at room temperature, add the sifted low powder and powdered sugar, mix well, beat with a whisk

Add almond flour, egg yolk, milk, vanilla extract, and beat with a whisk

Add chocolate chips, mix the batter with a spatula, and put it in a piping bag

Brush the silicone mold with butter and flour, squeeze it into the batter, drop a few times to remove the air and bake at 180° for 20 minutes

When baking the cake, I start to prepare the chocolate filling. I heat the whipped cream and chocolate together, heat it in water until it melts, mix well, fill it in the baked small cake, let it cool and serve
