Small Dim Sum---crystal Clear Shrimp Dumplings

After thawing the frozen shrimp, wash and chop finely.

Wash pork belly, peel and chop into minced meat.

Chop bamboo shoots and ginger. Mix the above four ingredients, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, oil, and salt, then stir in a circular motion in one direction until the ribs are strengthened.
