Every morning, I change the pattern to make breakfast for my children. This recipe refers to the recipe of Douma Pastry 1 and adds beef short ribs by myself, which is more nutritious. In fact, the small fish noodle is the scissor noodle, and it is also our gnocchi. The method is the same, but the name is different. Anyway, it is all pasta, haha!

Small Fish Gnocchi

1. Mix the flour and water. The specific amount of water is based on the water absorption of the flour. Knead it into a dough without being too smooth. I knead it the night before and cover it with plastic wrap. I get up the next day and take it out to warm it up, and then wait until I finish brushing my teeth. Just do it after washing your face. The dough will taste better after waking up overnight.

2. The tomatoes I use are relatively large, just one is fine, add the tomatoes and fry for a while after heating the pan with oil

3. Pour in the scrambled eggs and mix well

4. Because the children at home go to school early, so I cook separately, add a spoonful of tomato egg grove to boiling water and stir evenly, and prepare to cut the small fish noodles when it is ready.

5. Just cut it like this and put it directly into the pot, don’t cut it too thick, it won’t be easy to cook
