Peel the loofah and cut into round slices, slap and chop the garlic

Cut the rice cake into short sections and soak in boiling water to soften (save time and reduce cooking time in the pot)

Fry the minced garlic

Add small fish to fragrant, choke in rice wine and cook dry

Put in loofah on high heat, add a little water and simmer until soft

Tips:
★ The sauteed garlic is replaced with ginger, which is another flavor.
★ Loofah and seafood are super compatible, and small fish can be replaced with clams, shrimps or dried shrimps.
