Small Fried Pork

Slice the tenderloin and add salt and pepper pink oil starch to sizing. Marinate for 20 minutes.

Wash and slice cucumbers for later use.

Heat the pan and add oil, slightly more oil.
4.
Put the meat slices in 60% of the oil and quickly slide them away.
5.
Stir-fry until the meat slices become discolored.
6.
Leave the bottom oil in the pot.
7.
Saute the chopped green onion and ginger.
8.
Add the slippery pork slices and stir fry.
9.
Add soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and stir fry evenly.
10.
Add the cucumber slices and quickly fry them out of the pan.
Tips:
Students who like spicy food can add hot sauce when sauteing the scallions and ginger, the taste will be better. You don't need to add salt when you fry it again, and you add salt when you marinate.
