I like pumpkins very much. Almost every stage of it can be dedicated to dishes. When we were young, there were too many pumpkins to eat. We used to pick table tennis-sized slices and fry them. They were delicious too! Shred the tender pumpkin and stir fry, or Nanlai bun with wheat paste, it is also good to serve directly.”

Small Fried Pumpkin Shreds

1. Clean first and cut into thin slices.

2. Shred, minced garlic comes out.

3. Heat oil and saute the minced garlic.

4. The pumpkin shreds are scattered in the pot.

5. Stir fry several times.

6. Salt and water can be added after slight discoloration.

7. Stir it until it's soft, and it's ready to cook. You can add some chopped green onions or not.
