Small Fried Pumpkin Shreds

Clean first and cut into thin slices.

Shred, minced garlic comes out.
3.
Heat oil and saute the minced garlic.

The pumpkin shreds are scattered in the pot.

Stir fry several times.

Salt and water can be added after slight discoloration.

Stir it until it's soft, and it's ready to cook. You can add some chopped green onions or not.
