Small Oil Tofu Fragrant Taro Fin

1. Ingredients: medium wings (washed, blanched and chopped open), taro (peeled, cleaned and cut open), small oil tofu, green onion

2. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the chopped middle wings and stir fry.

3. Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

4. Add the right amount of cooking wine.

5. Flip it to boil.

6. Then, combine the sliced taro and small oil tofu, stir and bring to a boil.
