Small Potatoes with Minced Meat

Wash the potatoes and air-dry to remove the eyes, and make a cross or rice mark on the surface to easily tear the skin;

Boil in boiling water for about 5 minutes, remove and drain;

Dice the chives, separate the white and green onion leaves, mince the garlic and ginger, cut the green pepper into circles, and dice the small red pepper;

Put oil in the bottom of the pot, cut the larger potatoes in half and then pat them slightly, and pat the smaller ones directly and put them into the pot;

Fry both sides until golden brown, and set aside;

Tips:
1. When cooking potatoes, use a few cuts on the skin to make it easier to tear off the skin;
2. The same can be done for large potatoes, which can also be cooked with meat after being fried or fried.
