Small Trash Fish

Clean the fresh trash fish and drain the water.

Warm the pan with cold oil, add the green onion and ginger first, and then fry the small fish.

Slightly fry on both sides to remove the fishy smell.

Add small trash fish under water, add hot sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and fresh soy sauce to taste.

Then add edamame and simmer the juice.

Put the cooked edamame fish into the rice crust.
