Small Twist

Add water to the eggs, add sugar, and mix.

Mix the flour with salt and baking soda.

The mixed flour is added to the egg mixture to form a dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Roll out the loose dough and cut it into thin strips. Stack every three strips together.

Fold the three, twist once, fold in half, and twist again.

Twisted twist.

Put a little oil in the pot, and it can be cooked after warming it up. The heat is low throughout the whole process, otherwise it will be easy to burn on the outside and not cooked on the inside. That's how I started.

Fry until golden, remove and let cool before eating.
