Small Yellow Croaker in Tomato Sauce

Buy small yellow croaker, head and intestines, (a reminder here: be sure to remove the head, otherwise it will become fishy), add cooking wine, salt, green onion ginger, white pepper and marinate for 20 minutes.

Dip the marinated fish with a small amount of dry flour, put a little oil in the pan (very little, just let the pan with a layer of oil), add the small yellow croaker with the flour.
