Small Yellow Croaker Stewed Chinese Cabbage

Wash yellow croaker and drain water. Tear the Chinese cabbage by hand.

Wash the small yellow croaker and drain the water. Put a little oil in a pan, heat for 7 minutes, add the yellow croaker and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Fry the fish with a little oil left in the pan, directly add the green onion and ginger until fragrant

Add appropriate amount of water or stock.

Add the shredded Chinese cabbage after the water is boiled.

When the Chinese cabbage is boiled until soft and rotten, add the fried yellow croaker. Turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes to whiten and thicken the soup.

3 minutes before turning off the heat, add proper amount of Chinese wolfberry, salt and monosodium glutamate to taste, and finally sprinkle with green onions.
Tips:
1. Do not fry the small yellow croaker for too long, so as not to fry the fish.
2. If there is milk powder at home, adding some milk powder will taste more delicious.
