Small Yellow Croaker Tofu Soup

Fresh small yellow croakers are bright, scaled, and intestines removed

Cut off the fish head and rinse it under running water; it is small, so it doesn’t even leave the fish head.

Shred green onion, slice garlic, slice ginger

Prepare an egg, rinse the tofu and cut into pieces, set aside

Beat an egg and put in small yellow croakers, soaked with egg liquid on both sides

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in a pan, heat the oil to 50%, put in the small fish covered with egg liquid on both sides, don't turn it over in a hurry

About 3 to 5 minutes, turn over, fry on both sides until golden brown, set aside and set aside
