Small yellow croaker belongs to small trash fish. Most locals buy it home and eat it fried. It was originally the cheapest small trash fish in seafood. It went from 10 yuan to 5 catties all the way to 15 yuan to 2 catties. Even the old Qingdao sighed, If you rely on the sea, you can’t afford to eat fish. The small trash fish are not farmed, they are purely caught from the sea. When you encounter fresh small yellow croaker, you can buy some to stew back tofu. It really makes people lose their eyebrows.

Small Yellow Croaker Tofu Soup

1. Fresh small yellow croakers are bright, scaled, and intestines removed

2. Cut off the fish head and rinse it under running water; it is small, so it doesn’t even leave the fish head.

3. Shred green onion, slice garlic, slice ginger

4. Prepare an egg, rinse the tofu and cut into pieces, set aside

5. Beat an egg and put in small yellow croakers, soaked with egg liquid on both sides

6. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in a pan, heat the oil to 50%, put in the small fish covered with egg liquid on both sides, don't turn it over in a hurry

7. About 3 to 5 minutes, turn over, fry on both sides until golden brown, set aside and set aside

8. In another pot, put in a proper amount of vegetable oil after the pot is heated, add chopped green onion and garlic slices to explode the fragrance

9. Pour in some water, add ginger slices, and bring to a boil

10. Add the fried fish, bring to a boil, and pour in the right amount of cooking wine

11. Then put in the diced tofu, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes

12. Finally, season with an appropriate amount of salt, serve, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of coriander to eat

Tips:

The fried yellow croaker is not easy to disperse when stewed, the fishy smell has been removed, and the stewing time does not need to be too long.
