Smiley Cheese Omelet Rice
1.
Prepare the required materials, as shown in the picture (cheese shreds, eggs, frozen vegetables, bacon, rice)
2.
Prepare the seasoning: olive oil (I personally prefer to use olive oil when cooking ~ it depends on the preferences of my parents, and other types are fine), black pepper (this is the whole black pepper I bought in the supermarket, I have to manually Grinding ~ Much more fragrant than powdered ones), salt, tomato sauce
3.
Take two slices of bacon
4.
Cut it into cubes and put in a bowl for later use
5.
Prepare the pot, heat the pot, and put in the right amount of olive oil
6.
Put in the prepared quick-frozen vegetables and stir fry with the bacon, and stir fry for a while to let the bacon out of oil, um! ! Old incense, this smell
7.
Add a little more salt (you must put less ~ because the salty taste of the bacon itself can stimulate the taste buds. Haha. If you like fried rice to have a light taste, you can choose not to put it)
8.
Add the rice and stir fry together (I used overnight rice for the rice. When I made it before, I put salmon in the rice cooker. I think it must be very fragrant. I am drooling as I talk, haha, calm down... ...)
9.
After sautéing evenly, add an appropriate amount of tomato sauce and sauté well
10.
After two minutes of frying, grind in black pepper to taste, stir well and take out
11.
Place the fried rice on a plate, shape it into a semi-circular arc, and set aside
12.
When it’s time to make egg crusts: Take three eggs, put them in a bowl, put a little salt, and stir with chopsticks
13.
Here comes the key point! ! Put my favorite cheese! La la la ~ Put in the shredded cheese and continue to mix well (this also varies from person to person, friends who don’t like cheese can automatically ignore this step hahaha)
14.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, and when the pan is hot, pour in the cheese and eggs. Keep whipping clockwise with chopsticks, don’t over-stir, and avoid sticking to the pan. After the part has solidified, stop whipping. (The squishy phantom is my chopsticks. This is the characteristic of taking photos with one hand and cooking with the other hahaha)
15.
Let the eggs fry for a while (in less than a minute, let the bottom solidify)
16.
Take out the egg carefully and spread it on the previous rice
17.
carry out! ! ! (By the way, after contracting a bite, I smiled silly, the happy me)
Tips:
There is one more thing to let everyone know: I use an electric stove at home, not a gas stove. When making eggs, the heat should be controlled. When whipping eggs (using a gas stove), remember to use a medium-to-small fire, a solid type. Use a small fire. If the heat is too strong, the eggs will not be so tender.
