Smoked Fish

Wash herring and cut into pieces.

Add cooking wine, ginger spring onion, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and mix well.

Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to marinate.

Chop the ginger onion and set aside.

Put wide oil in the pan and take the marinated fish out and fry in the pan.

Put the lid on to prevent oil splashing.
7.
Fry until the fish is slightly dry on both sides.

Put the kippers in the juice.
9.
Add ginger onions.
10.
Stir fry a little to collect the juice.
11.
Finished product.
Tips:
The marinated fish is best taken out to dry, otherwise, pay attention to the oil splash when frying (I did not dry all the lids because of the tight time).
