Smooth and Tender Caramel Milk Egg Pudding (no Oven Needed)

Put 50 grams of sugar in a pot and melt it over low heat.

When it melts to a dark color, don't let it pass, just add hot water and stir. This is caramel.

Pour the caramel into the prepared container and put it in the refrigerator for a while

After mixing the 2 eggs, sieve them twice with a strainer to ensure the pudding is tender and smooth.

Sifted eggs, 240 grams of milk, 50 grams of qq sugar, I use orange flavor, put them together.

Just dissolve the qq candy in water (put the egg yolk + milk + QQ candy in a container, then put it in a pot with water, boil the water, turn off the heat, keep stirring, the QQ candy will melt)

When taking the pudding, use a toothpick to turn it around to buckle the mold on the plate, or cover it with a hot towel for a while, and then remove the mold.
