Smooth White Porridge

Wash the rice, put it in a container, and freeze it in the freezer of the refrigerator until the rice freezes, it takes about 4 hours

Put the water in the pot and boil it over high heat, then pour the frozen rice into the pot

Boil on high heat until it re-boils, turn to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, cover the lid and simmer for another 10 minutes. If you don’t have enough time, you can eat it without simmering. If you have plenty of time, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on. The smoothness of the porridge will be better.
