Fried Small Sea Fish with Fennel

Marinate the small sea fish with a little salt and thirteen incense for about 20 minutes.

Wipe off the moisture and marinade from the fish with kitchen paper before frying.

Finely chop fennel.

Use light soy sauce, sugar, and pepper to make a juice.

Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in a cold pot and cook to about 70 degrees, then put the marinated small sea fish into the medium heat and start frying.

Fry on both sides until browned and ready for use.
