Snake Gourd Fried Squid

All raw materials are ready as shown in the picture.

Soak the dried squid, clean it, cut into strips, add green onion, ginger, garlic, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, a little salt, a little starch, mix well, and marinate for more than ten minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, pour in the marinated squid strips, and stir-fry evenly over high heat.

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.

Add a little hot water, cover the pan, and heat for two minutes. Put the meat and juice together and set aside.

In a separate oil pan, pour the snake gourd strips and stir well.

Tips:
1. During the cooking process, there is no need to add additional salt, and the saltiness is sufficient.
2. The squid should not be fried, and the cooking time should not be too long. Keep it within five minutes.
