Mix the weighed wheat flour, high-gluten flour, salt, sugar, and milk powder evenly; yeast powder➕ water, stir to dissolve; beat the eggs into egg liquid; heat the butter in the microwave until soft; prepare the water for kneading.

Dig a deep hole in the middle of the flour, pour the yeast liquid all at once, and stir to make the flour fully absorb the yeast liquid.

Then add the egg mixture and continue to stir.

Pour the water used for kneading into the flour several times and stir to make it fully absorbed by the flour.

Then add the softened butter, stir well, and knead it into a dough that is basically shaped and non-sticky.

After the first fermentation, the dough has doubled in size. After the dough is pulled apart, obvious honeycomb pores can be seen.

Divide the large dough equally into 10 small doughs and let stand for 15 minutes.

After the end of standing, the small dough is formed into a small dough ring, covered with a slightly damp cloth, and the second fermentation: 30 minutes.

After the second fermentation, the volume of the small dough ring also increased. At the same time, pour half of the pot of water into the pot and heat it up.

After the water has boiled, put the dough into the strainer, immerse it in hot water, and cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds on both sides.
