Snow Bread

Put the old noodles together in the bread machine to knead the dough, leave it at room temperature to ferment for one hour, and then put it in the refrigerator to ferment for 17 to 24 hours.

Tear the old yeast seeds into small pieces and add the bread ingredients.

All bread materials except butter are put into the bread machine.

There can be no direct contact between salt and yeast.

Knead the flour smoothly.

Add butter and continue to knead the dough.

Take out the glove film.

Knead the dough smoothly again and leave it in the bread machine to ferment to double its size.

The fermented dough is vented and kneaded smoothly.

Divide into 9 equal parts, knead round, cover with plastic wrap and rest for half an hour.

Sprinkle with coconut flour and leave it in the oven to ferment for another hour. Put a bowl of hot water at the bottom of the bread to keep the temperature and humidity.

Oven at 180 degrees, middle level, 20 minutes, cover with tin foil, and bake at 160 degrees for another 10 minutes.
