Snow Ear Peach Gum Syrup

The peach gum foam should be soaked for more than 12 hours, and the water should be changed several times in the middle.

Soak the snow fungus and lotus seeds overnight, remove the core and wash the snow fungus, tear it up or cut it, and keep it in water.

Remove the pit of the red dates, wash and soak the longan in water, wash the sweet-scented osmanthus with hot water, filter the water and soak the wolfberry in water for later use.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add snow ear lotus seeds and cook for about half an hour after the water is boiled

After half an hour, add peach gum and cook for more than 10 minutes

Add red dates and longan and continue to cook for ten minutes

Finally, add the sweet-scented osmanthus wolfberry rock sugar and cook for a few minutes to turn off the heat

Tips:
If you don’t like to eat sweet-scented osmanthus, you can use a filter tea belt with sweet-scented osmanthus and put it in a pot to boil the wolfberry
