Snow Ear, Pear, Lily and Pork Bone Soup

Soak the snow fungus in water for half an hour, cut off the roots and tear them into small flowers.

Dried lily is slightly soaked in clean water to wash away impurities.

Rub the pears with salt and wash them well. Cut the pear cores apart, save the pear skin and cut into thick slices.

Pork bones and ginger slices are boiled in a pot under cold water to boil the bleeding water to wash away impurities.

Put half of the pear slices and snow fungus in the casserole

Add the blanched ribs, then add the remaining pear slices, snow fungus, and lily.

Tips:
Rub the pears with salt and wash them to keep the pear skins. This soup can be sweet without seasoning and salt.
