Snow Lotus Seed, White Fungus, Lily and Barley Sweet Soup

Soak the snow lotus seeds in advance: soak in cold water 8-10 hours in advance. It's hot, so I put it in an air-conditioned room.

One white fungus, soak for 30-60 minutes.

Take barley and lily, wash and soak. At the same time, the soaked white fungus is washed, pedicled, and shredded.

Pour the white fungus, snow lotus seeds, barley, and lily into an electric pressure cooker. For four people, I scooped four bowls of water. Choose sweet soup for electric pressure cooker-standard mode, cook for 50 minutes.
